It wasn’t long ago that Trustly’s London office consisted of just a few desks and a stairwell where you could take quiet calls. In fact, if you didn’t get in early enough, you might not have even gotten a desk. But the UK is a promising market for online bank payments and thus Trustly has seen major growth in the past few months.
To buoy our growth, we recently moved into a larger office in Clerkenwell, a thriving tech hub in London. The space takes many cues from the Stockholm headquarters with its living green wall and brassy details, which helps to maintain a consistent feeling across our European offices. The office also embraces details from the bones of the unique building, like the brick wall and black window frames.

Trustly’s entrance on the 3rd floor
Like the Stockholm headquarters, the London office has a living green wall.
Guests can have a seat in the waiting area upon arrival.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen each morning. At other times, you’ll find this area stocked with fruit, snacks, coffee and tea.
The largest meeting room, named St. Paul’s, has a beautiful view of — you guessed it — St. Paul’s Cathedral.
In case you forgot you were in London, the office has three “phone booths” for making and taking calls.
The open office space has adjustable desks, so you can sit or stand as you work.
